André "Titi" Buengo (born 11 February 1980 in Luanda, Angola) is an Angolan football striker who currently plays for Amiens SC.

He is a member of the national team, and was called up to the 2006 World Cup.

Despite being Angolan, Titi Buengo can't speak Portuguese, after living so many years in France and Switzerland, Titi Buengo can only speak in French.

He moved to France at age of 8.
