Ray Borner (born May 27, 1962 in Ballarat, Victoria) is a former Australian basketball player who competed in the National Basketball League. Borner played 518 NBL games over 22 seasons for four separate teams: (Coburg/North Melbourne, Illawarra/Wollongong, Geelong and Canberra.

Borner also competed for the Boomers in four Olympic Games: Los Angeles in 1984, Seoul in 1988, Barcelona in 1992 and Atlanta in 1996.
