Goldilocks Bakeshop (also known as Goldilocks Bakeshop and Restaurant) is a Philippine-based chain of bakeshops specializing in Filipino cakes and pastry. It has branches not only throughout the Philippines, but also in the United States (currently confined to California and two locations in Las Vegas, Nevada) and there are two outlets in Vancouver, Canada, where they cater for the Filipino expatriate communities there.

Goldilocks was opened in 1966 as a family business and started in a one-door apartment of a two-story structure on Pasong Tamo Street, Makati City. It has 192 branches and had planned, in 2006, to add 15 to 20 more, especially in Naga City where the founders of the bakeshop are based.[1]

It first opened its US branch in 1976, at Artesia, California.[2]

The Bakeshop's main product lines includes cakes and breads, sweets and pastries. Some branches incorporate a Foodshop, offering Filipino cuisine, including beef, chicken, pork, seafood and vegetable dishes as well as their Thirst Quenchers, such as halo-halo, gulaman, fruit salad and sago.
