Elli Stai (Greek: Έλλη Στάη) (born in Athens to parents from Lefkada 25 March 1954) is a Greek journalist and talk show presenter on Greek TV. She was married three times first with lawyer Nikos Stais and then with journalist Dimitris Katsimis. For ten years, she had an affair with a former Minister for Tourism of Greece, Dionysios Livanos. In 2000, she got married for a third time with Stelios Panagopoulos. She was a reporter for the newscast for Star Channel until 2001 before she moved to ANT1 since that year. During her career, she did Ta Nea tou ANT1 and the show Ta Matia Tis Ellis (Elli's eyes).From January 2008 Elli Stai is the anchorwoman of the Alpha News and she presents the talk show Persona grata every Monday at 24.00.
