I have altered the layout so that this template fits more comfortably at the bottom of articles. Matthew Collins, 20:21, Tuesday 20th February 2007.

East Timor is not a member, but may be a future member, and Russia was an observer in 2005 but not 2007. Unless people cite sources for why they should remain I propose they should be deleted. --202.4.78.29 01:44, 26 February 2007 (UTC)
