Brandy Ledford is an American actress, model and former Penthouse Pet of The Year. She played the role of Doyle in the science fiction TV series Andromeda. Ledford is a devout Christian who describes Jesus as "the greatest love of my life".[3]

Biography

Ledford was born in Denver, Colorado, but moved to Redondo Beach, California at the age of four. She has also lived in: Utah; Japan; Huntington Beach, California; Lake Tahoe, California; New York; Toronto, Ontario; Hawaii; San Diego, California; Vancouver, British Columbia; and Los Angeles County, California. She is 5 ft 6 in (1.68 m) tall[citation needed], has blond hair, green eyes and weighs 120 lb (54 kg/8.6 st)[citation needed]. She loves snowboarding, reading, watching movies, shopping, travel and kickboxing. She also likes to watch tennis, football and hockey.

Career

In addition to Andromeda, Ledford starred in Season 10 of Baywatch Hawaii, and the SciFi Channel series, The Invisible Man; she has also guest starred in a number of other science fiction TV series.

Before she became a Christian, Brandy appeared in explicit solo and girl-girl pictorials in Penthouse, Genesis, Club International, and Hustler, as well as other adult men's publications. She also appeared as part of a threesome in a home-made hardcore porn film with musician Vince Neil and porn actress Janine Lindemulder that was distributed without her knowledge or consent.[4] After her adult entertainment career, she made several non-pornographic adult films before establishing herself as a mainstream television actor.

She has recently been nominated for a Leo Award for Best Supporting Actress, for her role as Shelby Varland in the T.V. series Whistler.
